All Orders Will Have A Signature Confirmation. All Orders Will Come With A Tracking Number. We Will Only Ship To The Billing Address Associated With The Credit Card Used For Your Payment. 

  

Order Processing

 All online orders or phone orders received before 9:00 pm are processed same day. Please note, processing time is 2-3 days. Please allow an additional 3 business days for deep wave wigs. Shipping is an additional 2-3 days.

 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE WILL SEND YOU A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL.

 

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once hair has been shipped.

 

Under any given circumstance once the hair is purchased, we are not responsible and will NOT issue a refund. Absolutely no information can be changed or altered once the order has been placed. Please make sure you select the correct items and make the correct selection prior to initiating payment.

Payment Terms

 

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept layaway or partial payment .When you place an order online your credit card will be charge immediately! Please note that we have a strict inventory tracking. Any credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Can You Replace My Product?

 

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. If there are any product issues or concerns we would suggest that you follow steps on the hair care page. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. You must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted 

we will address the quality issue at once. A Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item. If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the item.

If valid for exchange, it must be for equal value or more.

 

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost for the remaining  item. We will 100% cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. Otherwise the customer will receive a $12 credit towards another shipping option.  If we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via USPS standard 3-5 business day) without an exchange of product.

Shipping Delays

 

We strongly advise that you do not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays.. Please contact us (786-519-1562) before ordering so we can provide you with the best option to get your order to you . We will provide  you a delivery confirmation and tracking number  when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping carrier. We are  not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please  make a note that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
